Mistress Liu was a quick thinking, resourceful Isutan pirate with years of leadership experience behind her. Together with her crew, she organized those who were willing to follow her and became a major force in the Forsaken City following The Unbirthing.
Mistress Liu ensured that her people live free and do as they please. Anyone who messes with her people mess with her personally. Her headquarters can be found just East of Thorax Street's ribcage.
